Unfairness of the Injuries Board Debated in National Press

Well! The press coverage of Make Your Claim has hit critical mass and has now sparked a national debate.

Think I’m exaggerating?  I’m talking John; in a national daily newspaper; going head to head with the director of corporate services of the Injuries Board.
If that isn’t a national debate, I don’t know what is.  Check it out here.

And the debate itself also got a nice piece of coverage here.

But of course as you’ll see from the content, this was an opportunity missed by the Injuries Board to address the fundamental unfairness points raised by John. (And John only touched on two of the most unfair aspects of the process in the article; if you read Make Your Claim you’ll know that there are in fact many more.)

So, this is not the end of this debate, indeed it is not even the beginning of the end, merely the end of the beginning!
