Our team is constantly growing; both expanding in numbers and growing as individuals. We recruit periodically when vacancies arise, but whether we are actively recruiting at present or not, we always love hearing from great people. Joining Our Team
We work hard together as a team but we have fun doing it. We take the work we do very seriously but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Everyone in the team is highly motivated by the individual roles each team member plays in getting excellent results for the wonderful clients that we have the privilege to serve while providing them with a customer experience that they truly love in doing so.
We are based in beautiful custom-designed ergonomic state-of-the-art offices in the West Cork Technology Park in Clonakilty. Our general office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays. We don’t work evenings or weekends (unless something really exceptional were to happen). We understand that everyone’s personal circumstances are different, and therefore we can tailor individual team members hours and working arrangements to suit their particular needs at their stage in life. Our systems are all completely cloud based and therefore we can facilitate remote and hybrid working seamlessly (though by the nature of the work, most of our support team and traineeship roles are primarily office based in our offices in Clonakilty).
Every position in the firm is vitally important and everyone’s voice is heard. Because of the structure of the profession we work in, roles in the firm divide generally into qualified solicitors (and trainees) and the support team.
Our young and vibrant team is extremely diverse and comes from a very mixed background. None of our support team at present ever worked in a legal environment before coming to work with us. We’re always looking for people with a great attitude who are eager to learn and work hard as part of a team, the skills required to get the work done can be trained and learned on the job. Our support team at present come from backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, childcare, among others.
