Aislinn Collins Associate Solicitor

Aislinn Collins

Aislinn is an associate solicitor in the personal injuries team and assists claimants across Ireland in bringing successful personal injury compensation claims. Aislinn graduated from the University of Limerick with an honours degree in Law Plus. She later furthered her education at University College Cork, completing a post-graduate degree in Law. Aislinn began her legal career as a Legal Executive in 2017, during which she gained a variety of experience. Aislinn moved to Sydney, Australia, in 2018, where she gained further invaluable experience in various legal firms working primarily in personal injuries litigation and medical negligence litigation. She then qualified as a solicitor in 2023 in a busy general practice firm and joined the McCarthy + Co team in 2026.

Aislinn is the assistant secretary of the West Cork Bar Association, which is a voluntary association primarily concerned with issues affecting West Cork-based solicitors. This role assists her in understanding and anticipating the needs of the legal profession and in preparing for any issues that may affect clients. She is also a voluntary member of the board of directors of Access Credit Union, in which she has the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a local, not-for-profit financial institution.

Aislinn describes the McCarthy + Co team as welcoming, innovative and team players. These are all characteristics that Aislinn displays in her own practice and reflect her commitment to the team and our clients.
